A long time friend recommended and I'm so glad I called. I called for a quote Hilario came out the next day and started and finished job within 2 days with a crew of 3-4 people. Left everything clean used plastic to cover furniture, Swept up and were very careful to keep house clean. Originally contracted and quoted for whole house interior including all walls- including 20' high foyer walls, doors stair risers and trim. House looks Brand NEW!! We are so pleased with the result. While on site I inquired if they also did fencing. I had already received very high quotes to replace rotten posts, pressure wash and paint fence. They quoted, the quote was more than fair. So I agreed to proceed. While one of the crew finished up final touches others started to pressure wash and dig up rotten posts and concrete to get new posts set up in concrete. Whole fence sprayed and rolled 180' of fence. PS...they noticed a small hall ceiling that I had taken popcorn off of that looked bad and they repaired and painted while on site 2 other additions that I noticed and got fixed quickly while they were still on site: a rotten board on exterior of house, they replaced caulked and painted, removed old ceiling fan and installed recessed lighting at a very fair price. P.P.S some walls in house were very dark and required 4 coats of paint. Would definitely use again, possibly for popcorn removal. Very hard working- perfection driven team.
